Jurors did send several notes to Judge “Tippi” Burch requesting to see two segments of surveillance video introduced as evidence during the trial. The first piece of video comes from a neighbor’s camera showing 46th Street near the victim’s home. Prosecutors argued during the trial the video shows Stacey Gray’s Ford Expedition leaving Renee Eldridge’s home in Columbus in the early morning hours of July 4, 2015.

The second piece of surveillance video jurors repeatedly ask to review comes from the Circle K on Manchester Expressway and 2nd Avenue. The gas station is about a block away from the victim’s home on 46th Street and has different angles. Again, prosecutors argued it shows Stacey Gray’s Ford Expedition traveling through the parking lot of the Circle K on his way out of town after the murder.
