The Opelika Police Department is currently investigating a stabbing incident that left one woman dead in East Alabama. Opelika Police responded to a suspicious incident in the 1000 Block of Samford Court this morning. Upon arrival officers located a 34-year-old female suffering from a stab wound. Officers immediately rendered aid however, the female was pronounced dead at the scene.
This case remains under investigation by the Opelika Police Department.
