Several North Georgia school systems are closed today due to the weather. A Winter Weather Advisory remains in effect through 7 a.m.

TUESDAY NOV. 11
Closed
Fannin County Schools: Virtual learning day
Habersham County Schools
North Georgia Technical College: All campuses
Rabun County Schools: Closed to students and staff. 12-month employees should report to work at 10 a.m. if safe to do so.
Tallulah Falls School
Towns County Schools: At-home learning day
Union County Schools: At-home learning day
White County Schools
Delayed
Gilmer County Schools: 1-hour delay
Rabun Gap Nacoochee School: Â Upper School classes will begin at 10 a.m. No morning bus to Highlands.
Early Release
Dawson County Schools: Early release was already scheduled for Veterans Day. Elementary Schools release at 12:30 p.m., middle, junior high, and high schools release at 12 p.m. The school district is monitoring the weather and may announce additional schedule changes.
Postponed
Lumpkin County Board of Education meeting rescheduled for Wednesday at 6 pm.
