HALL COUNTY, Ga. — A Flowery Branch man already in custody for child exploitation is now facing hundreds of additional charges after investigators said they uncovered hundreds more illicit files during a forensic review of his electronic devices.
The Hall County Sheriff’s Office (HCSO) Internet Crimes Against Children (ICAC) Unit announced Wednesday, September 17, that investigators filed 500 new felony counts of possession of child sexual abuse material (CSAM) against 29-year-old Jason Robert Lukos. The latest charges stem from images and videos discovered on a cell phone and tablet seized during a June 26 search of his home.
Lukos was originally arrested the same day of the search and charged with 10 felony counts of sexual exploitation of a minor. The new warrant alleges he possessed at least 500 additional files showing minors engaged in sexually explicit conduct, bringing his total number of charges to 510.
Lukos has remained in the Hall County Jail without bond since his June arrest.
The Georgia Bureau of Investigation’s digital forensic team assisted in processing the electronic devices. The investigation began after the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) forwarded cyber-tips to the ICAC unit, which led to the search warrant.
The case remains active, and Lukos remains jailed without bond.
