The Cornelia Downtown Development Authority has awarded a $475 sign grant to More For Less General Merchandise to support its new signage downtown.

The reimbursable grant program helps local business and property owners improve their storefronts while contributing to Cornelia’s downtown revitalization goals. Grants of up to $500 are available for approved projects completed within 120 days.

Funded through donations and local partnerships, the program also helps Cornelia maintain its Georgia and National Main Street accreditation.

Business owners interested in applying can contact Main Street Manager Noah Hamil at nhamil@cornelia.city or 706-778-8585 ext. 209.
